Cancellation Policy
📜 In-Person Singing Evaluation – Booking & Cancellation Policy This service is IN PERSON and takes place at a professional studio location. The In-Person Singing Evaluation is a one-off, professional vocal assessment designed to give you personalised feedback and clarity on your voice. Booking & Payment • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. • Your session time and studio space are reserved once payment is received. Non-Refundable Policy • All payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance. 📜 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session only with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accepted and the session will be charged in full, as studio costs are already incurred. Session Validity • This is a one-off session and must be scheduled and used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Studio Attendance Requirements • This session is in person only at the agreed studio location. • Please arrive on time — sessions start and end sharply as scheduled. • Missed sessions due to lateness or no-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
