Cancellation Policy
📜 Online Singing Evaluation – Booking & Cancellation Policy This service is ONLINE ONLY and is delivered via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp video call. The Online Singing Evaluation is a one-off, professional vocal assessment designed to give you personalised feedback and clarity on your voice. Booking & Payment • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. • Your session time is reserved once payment is received. Non-Refundable Policy • All payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session only with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accepted and the session will be charged in full. Session Validity • This is a one-off session and must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Online Participation Requirements • Sessions are delivered via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp video call. Please specify which platform works for you before the scheduled session. • Please ensure your internet connection, microphone, and camera are working prior to the session. • Missed sessions due to technical issues on the client’s side are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
